With 25 members in sampling team- 2 pattern makers, 7 sampling tailors, hand and machine embroidery + beader's etc working with us in our sampling unit which Is equipped for all your innovations. We are capable to help you with Style designs, proto samples, salesman samples, patterns, mini-markers, Planning & Merchandising, Completing the technical files, allocating & planning orders with suppliers, approvals, production follow-ups, communications etc. easing the process of developing & manufacturing fashion products and taking the pain out of transforming your ideas into reality.

We watch upon the custom clothing production process to secure as well as manage it. We handle the production of garments, from the raw material to the completed end product, passing all steps of the supply chain ethically. We have an in-house cut to pack facility, which can handle cutting, stitching, washing, finishing and packing. Along with this, we have advanced in house labs for quality checking including an in-house Computerized ERP production System and more. We are Loaded with the latest generation of sewing machines, we ensure quick and effective stitching of your garments.
Why Design with us
Our highly creative and professional design team work's on the Design development of your garments based on whatever you provide initially to us. We have our own designing and sampling unit having more than 75 member teams (including 5 designer team member and 60 skilled artisan worker) in the said Unit with the latest designing CAD/CAM software. We come up with a professional design file for your custom clothing, including the designs, colours, and materials of the requested item. We compile a list of all the materials that are needed by fashion manufacturers to realize the garment. Together, we discuss your product to make sure we get it right from the beginning.

In all our suppliers including our own unit, our quality team acts as an autonomous unit, right through our production processes, we have rigorous testing of physical and chemical parameters to ensure zero defects. Our in-house labs & Production Facility
We have an in-house laboratory with the latest certified instruments. We conduct various tests based on parameters laid by our buyers, to provide them with safe and high-quality garments. All our fabrics are tested in our labs i.e. strengths, stretchable, colour, fastening of fabric before they are cut. Material Beads, Thread and Trims are also tested in our lab.
